This regional blend from Huila, Colombia, is built from microlots from Small Batch's portfolio producers. These are all smallholders, ecological farmers, and all paid under Small Batch’s livelihood model. Small Batch is proud of the impact this initiative has on the ground. Small Batch purchases all its Colombian coffee directly from smallholder producers, paying in full upon delivery to the mill. The parchment coffee is then taken to Manizales for milling and decaffeination. The coffee is processed using a natural sugarcane method.
