Fazenda Progresso is a beautiful estate set high in the Chapada Diamantina mountain range in Bahia, Brazil. The Borré family has been farming here since the 1980s and has become leading producers of high-quality coffee. Fabiano Borré is the third generation to lead the family business and has spearheaded both the coffee and wine programs on the estate. This particular lot is a naturally processed coffee from their farm, where the ripe cherries were dried whole with the beans still inside. The naturally processed coffee offers a balanced profile with a pleasant body, suitable for espresso and pairing well with milk. Market Lane has worked with Fabiano and his family every year since 2015 and appreciates their coffee.
