The Ones We Love presently features two microlots from Beto Narvaez (Bruselas, Huila, Colombia) pink borbon and Antonio Gualguan (of Vereda Veracruz, Narino, Colombia) var. Colombia + var. Castillo. Benito Perez from Chanjon, Huehuetenango, Guatemala, is also featured. The selection focuses on short run, special profiles with high character, celebrating more coffees with potentially small lot sizes.
